Pre-payment is required for booking evaluations and Tutor days.
Classes require a deposit to hold your spot.

Refund Policy:
Multi week Classes:
If you cancel attendance one week before the class begins, your deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel attendance less than one week before, the $50 deposit is not refundable.
If you miss a class, a make-up class may be arranged for $30.
If you unable to complete a multi-week class, a partial credit will be applied to future classes or trainings.

Single day classes:
If you cancel attendance one week before the class begins, your payment will be refunded.
If you cancel attendance less than one week before, payment is not refundable.

Evaluations, Private lessons and Tutor days:
Cancellations require 24hours notice or a 15% cancellation fee will apply.
